Guide

How to create a digital catalog in minutes

This guide shows how to publish a digital catalog — also called an online product catalogue — with Product Share. Use the same steps for a WhatsApp catalog, Instagram catalog, or restaurant QR menu.

What you need

Product photos (phone photos are fine), prices, and a short description for each item. A logo helps but is optional. You also need an email address to create a Product Share account.

Step 1 — Create a free Product Share account

Go to productshare.in/register and sign up. No credit card is required to start. Your storefront gets a public link you can share immediately after you add products.

Step 2 — Add products or menu items

Upload photos, set a regular price and optional discount price, add sizes or colors, and write a short description. Group items with categories so customers can scan the catalog quickly.

Step 3 — Match your brand

Add a logo, choose a theme, and set colors. The catalog should feel like your shop, restaurant, or label — not a generic template dump.

Step 4 — Share the link everywhere

Copy the catalog URL. Send it on WhatsApp and Instagram, add it to your bio, email it to wholesale buyers, or turn it into a QR code for a shop window or dining table. When you edit a product, every shared link stays current.

Questions

How long does it take to publish a catalog?

Most sellers publish a first catalog the same day they sign up. A three-product free catalog can go live in minutes.

Can I use this as a WhatsApp catalogue?

Yes. After you publish, paste the link into WhatsApp chats, broadcasts, or your business profile.
